2. Nature of the Services – Fundamental Disclaimer

Maravillosa Journeys is a travel consultancy and mentoring business only.

We do not act as:

• a travel agency,

• a tour operator,

• a booking platform,

• a reseller of travel services,

• an intermediary for travel suppliers.

We do NOT:

• book or sell flights, accommodation, transportation, activities, or insurance,

• handle payments on behalf of suppliers,

• issue tickets, vouchers, or reservations,

• negotiate or manage contracts between clients and third-party providers.

We ONLY:

• provide advisory, consulting, mentoring, and guidance services,

• assist clients in planning, structuring, researching, and organizing trips independently,

• share educational content, recommendations, tools, and strategic advice based on experience.

All final decisions, bookings, payments, and contractual relationships with third-party providers are made solely by the Client, under their own responsibility.

3. Eligibility

Our services are exclusively intended for:

• adults (18 years or older),

• traveling, planning to travel, or desiring to learn more about women solo travel journeys.

By using our services, you confirm that you meet these conditions.

4. Description of Services

4.1 Travel Consultancy Packs

We offer consultancy packages including but not limited to:

• Single Trip Consultancy Pack
  Assistance and guidance for organizing one trip.

• Annual Two-Trip Consultancy Pack
  Assistance and guidance for organizing two trips within a 12-month period.

Each pack includes personalized consulting sessions, research guidance, strategic planning, safety considerations, and travel mentoring adapted to the Client’s needs.

Unused trips or sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Mentoring Programs

Mentoring programs focus on:

• confidence building for solo female travel,

• mindset, preparation, autonomy, and decision-making,

• safety awareness and travel independence.

Mentoring does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or security advice.

4.3 Private Members Club

Access to the private club may include:

• exclusive content,

• group discussions,

• live or recorded sessions,

• community interactions.

Access is personal, limited, and subject to compliance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) outlined below.

5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) – Private Club

By joining the private club, the Client agrees that:

• All shared content, discussions, resources, and personal information exchanged within the club are strictly confidential.

• No content may be shared, copied, recorded, redistributed, or disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

• Members must respect the privacy, identity, and experiences of other members.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of access, without refund, and may give rise to legal action.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• provide accurate and truthful information,

• independently verify all information before booking,

• ensure compliance with passport, visa, health, vaccination, and insurance requirements,

• respect local laws and regulations of destination countries,

• act responsibly during travel.

The Client remains fully responsible for:

• bookings,

• payments,

• contracts with third-party providers,

• personal safety, health, and belongings.
  

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French law:

• Maravillosa Journeys shall not be held liable for:

  • travel disruptions,

  • cancellations,

  • accidents,

  • injuries,

  • losses,

  • theft,

  • illness,

  • force majeure events,

  • actions or failures of third-party providers.

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the consultancy service concerned.

8. No Guarantee

While we aim to provide high-quality, personalized guidance:

• no outcome,

• no travel experience,

• no safety level,

• no financial result

can be guaranteed.

Travel inherently involves risks, which the Client knowingly accepts.

9. Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

Prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to applicable French tax rules.

As a consultancy service, our pricing:

• reflects advisory and intellectual services only,

• does not include third-party travel costs,

• does not constitute the sale of travel services.

The Client acknowledges understanding the tax nature of the services purchased.

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer law:

• The Client may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless:

  • services have already started with the Client’s prior express consent,

  • digital or mentoring content has been accessed.

Specific waiver clauses may apply at checkout.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Maravillosa Journeys remains its exclusive intellectual property, including:

• texts,

• videos,

• frameworks,

• methods,

• documents,

• branding.

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• suspend or terminate access to services or the private club

• in case of breach of these Terms, NDA violation, abusive behavior, or misuse of content.

No refund shall be due in such cases.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
